WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!  This is our one big fundraiser for the year, and its past success is what has allowed our booster club to provide so much to our students while avoiding the carousel of fundraisers you see from many organizations.

PLEASE CONTACT KIM HAYS ASAP if you can help (contact info in the information below)!!!  In addition, the booster club has offered that for every day worked by someone, that person will be able to put the name of a student in a drawing for one of 5 $100 credits towards next year’s trip!  The more days worked, the more chances you have!!!
COLONIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT MAY 25th-29th, 2016 PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING FOR THE AHS ORCHESTRA!  WE NEED YOU! 

Dear AHS Orchestra Fans, Parents, Students, Supporters-

Once again we need your help to work concessions at Colonial Golf Tournament. We need volunteers for  Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday of the Tournament.  The kids are WELCOME and needed along with as many parents, friends, relatives as possible.  We must all have matching T-shirts and I need to order as soon as possible so please let me hear from you ASAP.  We are wearing last years Green shirt that the kids all got, but if you need one please let me know what size.  Please pass on and get in touch with me as soon as possible.

We can’t do it without you.  Please check with your friends, family, children, look at your calendars and let me know. Colonial is just around the corner.   I need to know when you can work.   This is our main fund raiser and in these 5 days we make a tremendous amount for the orchestra to be used throughout the year. This year we were able to give over 30 partial Scholarships for the New York trip and have already committed to 9 $500.00 scholarships for graduating Seniors.  Students can come out on Saturday and Sunday.  I need an average of 40 people a day.  Alumni we really need your help. We work 9-6 but can be flexible if you need to head out earlier.  We try to carpool as much as possible because we are always short parking passes.  What to wear:  the green orchestra shirt from 2014-2015, shorts/capri’s and tennis shoes.  Ball caps for food area.
